Enhancing Managerial Competancies – Bridging the Career growth gaps

For Managers of the Kalpataru group of companies

This program was for persons who had been recently promoted as Asst General Managers and needed to be given inputs that could help them to get a managerial perspective of the various functions in the company. Moreover, these achievers had to be motivated to retain their enthusiasm in their work and to guide them towards bigger achievements.

The objective of this MDP was to help the participants develop a business perspective, develop skills to plan strategically, apply concepts of finance to business, learn prioritisation skills and people management skills – in order to expand their professional competencies to be effective team players and develop qualities to grow further in the company

BCIDS was involved in the execution of this 2 day MDP for the officials of the Kalpataru group.
