Graduates, who join a company, would require information regarding the nature of the company, its products, the skills required and the company’s style of functioning. Tata Capital Ltd mainly deals with retail credit and with distribution of financial products and their new graduate trainees would need to be trained in the basic concepts of lending and financial products. The program, Professional Program in Financial Services & Management (PPFSM) was designed in consultation with officials of Tata Capital Ltd and faculty from SPJIMR, for the new Graduate Trainees of Tata Capital, wherein the participants would be given an overview of the financial markets, credit management and the company’s products, along with relevant management skills.
