This program is a joint initiative of BCIDS, under the guidance of SPJIMR, and Alchemist, a talent solutions firm in the media & communications industry. The objective of the program is to be a bridge for students currently doing a management post-graduation or a mass media/communications under-graduation and aspiring to get their First Jobs in the Media Industry, in a sales or planning function. It is a comprehensive, short-term, evening program that prepares students with a real-world practical knowledge, as it is almost entirely run by top industry professionals. The end-outcome for students taking this course is an advantage over peers for placements in the media sector, and access to prominent industry people who are potential hirers of the industry.
